After cracking any competitive exam whether it is of any field the final hurdle in between the aspirant and his job is INTERVIEW. interviews are the stage after clearing which, any aspirant can get their dream job. but there are lot of questions in their minds. here are 10 tips after following which they can clear the interviews.


1. First of all the aspirant must be aware of general questions which are asked in interviews. for example their introduction, hobbies, interest, academic qualification etc.

2. The aspirant must be fluent in the language in which he is giving or appearing in interview whether it is Hindi or English. generally it is English to the aspirant must have a good command over the language.

3. Appearance - it is generally said that the first impression is the last impression. so the person appearing for an interview should be well dressed, hair style must be descent, posture must be positive and he should stay away from body odour.

4. Self confidence is another aspect which also decides the character of an individual. he must be confident of whatever he know, but confidence must not be changed to over confidence or allegiance. he must be humble and should have a "you" attitude.

5. He/she must be having good command in general awareness, general knowledge and self awareness as it's a big thing.

6. Sense of humor plays an important role for an interview. he should have a good sense of humor as some times, HR executive check that too, then the interviewer should know how to lighten the atmosphere.

7. He must be mentally cool and calm. getting overexcited may create a condition of switch potch in there. so the person appearing in an interview must be calm and stable by nature.

8. Body language - it plays an important role for the interviews. he must have a positive body language and must avoid signs of negative body language. for example biting nails, tapping shoes, not making eye contact etc.

9. The hobby - there is a common question and is asked commonly in every interview. the aspirant must only tell about that hobby which he really enjoy. for example if you don't love reading do not write it for show off, because it may happen any of them from the panel is very much passionate about reading. that time the panel may catch your lie.

10. When asked about salary question, the aspirant must be aware that how to get smart answer. they should not say or demand salary as it may give the bad impression. it should be said negotiable.

so, these are the tips which should be followed for all those who are panning or going for an interview.
